Terms of Service

By placing an order with House Of Shirts (HOS), you agree to the following terms.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will be notified and fully refunded if this occurs.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB). HOS reserves the right to update pricing at any time. The price at the time of your order will be honoured.

Made-to-Order & Made-to-Measure

By placing an MTO or MTM order, you acknowledge that these items are produced specifically for you. Production begins after order confirmation and measurement approval. MTO and MTM orders are final sale.

For MTM orders, it is your responsibility to submit accurate measurements via the form provided after checkout. HOS is not liable for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.

Lead Times

Ready-to-Wear ships within 1–2 business days. Made-to-Order requires 2–3 weeks. Made-to-Measure requires 3–4 weeks. These are estimates and may vary.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the HOS name, logo, product designs, and photography — is the property of House Of Shirts and may not be reproduced without written permission.
