Returns & Exchange Policy

Ready-to-Wear

We offer exchanges on Ready-to-Wear items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

To request an exchange, email us at contact@hos-shirts.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will guide you through the process.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. HOS will cover shipping on the exchanged item back to you.

No refunds are offered on Ready-to-Wear items — exchanges only.

Made-to-Order

All Made-to-Order items are crafted to your specified fabric and finish selection. As each piece is produced on request, MTO orders are final sale — no returns or exchanges.

If there is a production defect or error on our part, we will remake the item at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Made-to-Measure

All Made-to-Measure items are constructed to your exact measurements. As each piece is uniquely built for you, MTM orders are final sale — no returns or exchanges.

If there is a production defect or an error in measurements that differs from the form you submitted, we will assess and remake at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos.
